Scrubmate is an online store based in South Africa that sells cleaning products, including:

• Electric spin scrubbers

• Replacement scrubber heads

• Scrubmate bundles containing an electric spin scrubber and replacement heads

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify products offered through our store at any time.

2. Using Our Website

You may use the Scrubmate website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or accounts

3. Products and Product Information

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation.

An order is not necessarily accepted simply because you have received an automated confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• There has been an obvious pricing or product-description error

• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

• We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Payments are processed through Yoco and may be made using the payment methods made available at checkout.

Scrubmate does not directly store your full card details.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be prepared and shipped.

If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may be unable to fulfil the order until successful payment has been received.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within South Africa using Aramex or another delivery service selected by Scrubmate.

We will provide delivery information and tracking details where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Scrubmate is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund under applicable law, please contact us before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for using the electric spin scrubber and its accessories appropriately and for following any applicable safety instructions.

The electric spin scrubber should not be modified, disassembled, or repaired without appropriate authorisation.

Scrubmate is not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorised modifications, improper operation, or failure to follow the product instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Scrubmate website, including our logos, branding, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Scrubmate unless otherwise stated.
